• Payment details are handled securely via trusted gateways like Razorpay/PayPal.

Terms & Conditions

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Tour plans are subject to weather and local conditions.
• Participants must carry valid ID proof and follow safety instructions.
• We are not liable for any loss, theft, or injury during the tour.

Safety & Responsibility

• Trained guides and first-aid kits are provided for all treks/trips.
• Participants are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions in advance.
• Misbehavior, substance abuse, or violation of group rules will result in removal from the tour without refund.

Cancellation Policy

• 2 days to booking time before trip: 50% refund of total event amount
• Less than 2 days: No refund
• No refund for no-show or early departure
• If the trip is cancelled by Alpine Trekkers, a full refund or reschedule option will be provided
• Any booking fees, platform charges, or taxes are non-refundable
• Cancellation must be requested via official WhatsApp/Email only
  

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
• Any transaction fees or gateway charges are non-refundable.
