⏺Bus pickup points:
5:00am : Akurdi
5:30am : JM Road

1) Your registration will be confirmed only after the acceptance of the total Trek Fees.

2) *Refund Policy :* In case of cancellation before 48hrs of departure time 50% amount of total trek fees will be deducted. If cancellation within the 48hrs before departure, 100% trek fees will be deducted.
(Refund will be processed in 2 business days)

3) Your registration implies that you have read all the details in the message and know the risks of trekking and adventure activities and are willing to participate in the event at your own risk.

4) Carry your personal valuable things, cameras to trek on own responsibility.

5) You are expected to reach the pickup locations at given timings. Bus shall not wait for more than 10 minutes after the given pickup timings. Alpine Trekkers won’t be held responsible for refund if you miss the bus.

6) Alpine trekkers will not be responsible for refund due to any timely change in plan due to unforseen conditions or natural calamities. People are expected to understand that trek is not a leisure activity and we do not commit to 100% complete the trek in anyways.

7) There can be extra walk from base village due to traffic/uncertain reason
