🔴 *Rules For Trip*
1.Smoking and Alcohol strictly prohibited.
2.Do not wear any Jewellery and do not carry any valuable.
3.Participants are responsible for his/her own safety and baggage.
4.Trip leader’s decision will be final decision.
5. Company reserves all the right to change/deviate the plans without prior notice.
6.Fees are non refundable on cancellation of booking.
7.we take all necessary precautions for safety.
8.However we will not be responsible for any type of injuries including accidental death happened due to uncertain events during the activity.
9. carry Ur medicines if on any specific medication.

*TERMS AND CONDITIONS*

🔴Your registration will be confirmed only after the acceptance of complete Trip Fees.

🔴 your payment implies that you have read all the terms and conditions has below and accept it.

🔴 Seats arrangment will be the first come first serve at the time of pickup and it will be same throughout journey

🔴 Alpine Trekkers do not hold any rights to reserve seats for anyone.

🔴 Any fights regarding seating arrangement would result in dismissal of both the parties and would not be liable for any refunds

🔴 No watersports refund if you backout at the time of ride.

🔴 Team Alpine will allocate rooms as per gender. If you are group of 3-5 people then with prior notice team alpine may allocate seperate room if possible

🔴 First two seats will be reserved for leaders to show route to the drivers while other seats are open for others

🔴Carry your personal valuable things, cameras to event on own responsibility.

🔴 Team Alpine Trekkers creates a whatsapp group of participants a day before departure.please make sure you’re added to that group as it contains vital information like pickup points/things to carry etc.

🔴 Any other pickup points than agreed between alpine Trekkers and participants will be disregarded unless mention in the WhatsApp chat/group

🔴Alpine Trekkers will not provide any special leisure time at the site as we have a schedule to follow incase if anyone does so with/without informing the leader Alpine Trekkers has the right to continue with schedule without the people

🔴Food and stay arrangements are done as per the theme of backpacking/treks so kindly don’t consider too lavish

🔴Backpacking trips arranged for the people who are looking out for pocket friendly and gather as much as experience from a given place.

🔴 At Alpine Trekkers, we always focus on having adventure activities included in our event for our customers! Incase your itenerary has any such activities (scuba diving, parasailing etc.) please note that such activities are weather sensitive. Even though the weathers are favourable, there might be thin possibility where the weather conditions may worsen and the activities may get cancelled. In such cases Alpine Trekkers would give you partial refund of the said activity cost (not the event cost)

🔴 Cancellation policy:
1) If cancelled prior to 48hrs from the time of departure, 50% of the total fees would be waived/refunded.
2) Incase of cancellation within the 48hrs prior to departure/during the event, no refunds/slot shifting would be provided.

*Note* : The timings and schedule are practised theoretically and actual may vary on the conditions at site depending on natural/man-made calamities. This may also result in cancellation/change of spot/s of sightseeing
