If you want to change or cancel any aspect of your booking including but not limited to a change to a trip of shorter duration or different departure date you must notify us in writing over a mail. We will do our best to accommodate your requested change but it may not always be possible. We will not charge a fee for changes requested more than 10 days before departure except where we incur a cost, in which case we will advise you of the relevant fee.
Our Cancellation Policy
Cancellation for Backpacking Expeditions and weekend Backpacking trips
- Cancellation 7 days before the starting date of the trip — Get your full trek fee back with 50% cancellation charges.
- Cancellation less than 5 days before the starting date of the trek — No monetary refund.
Cancellation for Sahyadri Treks/Campings:
- Cancellation 2 days before the starting date of the trip — Get your full trek fee back with 50% cancellation charges.
- Cancellation less than 1 days before the starting date of the trek — No monetary refund.
Steps to Cancel Trek/Trip:
In case, you wish to cancel your trek, follow these steps.
- Send us an email with name and contact details on [email protected]
- You will recieve and email in 24 hours for your cancellation
- The cancellation policy will apply from the recieval of email
- It takes around 2-5 working days to get your refund back in source account
