💖 Your payment/Registration implies you’ve read all the details above and terms and conditions as below

1) Any type of damage to the property/Facility would be bore at cost directly from customer. A refundable security deposit of 5000/- is to be paid during booking along with the payment. For any type of damage found during the stay would lead to deduction of the cost of the property from security deposit and rest shall be refunded.

2) For confirmation before 48 hours from the time of checkin 50% advance of the total booking amount should be given as token amount(non-Refundable at any situation/emergency) remaining amount should be transferred within 48 hours from the time of checkin

3) For confirmation within the 48 hours from the checkin time 100% amount should be given

4) in sensitive areas such as swimming pool, River side jungle trail Customer will be sole responsible for any uncertain mishaps or accidents

5) Alpine Farmstay organisation will not be responsible for any mishap. Basic first aid kit will be provided. We request you to carry your personal medication if applicable.

6) Outside food items are not allowed in the premises.

7) battery backup of 6-8 hrs is provided. Battery backup solely dependent on the use of fans and lighting.

8) Pets are allowed in the premises except for rooms. An additional security deposit for pet stay will be taken at the time of registration which is refundable. Amount will be deducted if any damage is found and remaining amount would be refunded.

9) Guests cannot invite other guests during their stay.

10) Any addition member apart from the count given at the time of registration would be charged as per regular package.

11) Loud music is not permitted beyond 10pm

12) Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limit and any type of misbehaving either with other guests and staff members would result in direct cancellation of registration and refrained from further stay in the premises without any refund.

13) Smoking is not allowed within rooms and other activity areas. Special location for smoking is allotted in the premises.

14) illegal activities such as carrying/consuming drugs or firearms and other weapons are prohibited during your stay.

15)The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.

16) Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.

17) As required by law, every guest must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
